Good experience and quick payout
I was a bit sceptical about receiving any cashback after reading some of the reviews but thought I would proceed with a purchase and see as the policy was a good price. I bought 12 month worldwide insurance at beginning of January which did track and showed as pending status it then changed to confirmed and became payable today after approximately 8 weeks. I hope this positive experience shows others that they do genuinely pay out...

Yet another with the same problem...
"Declined" but why?
Bought the policy because it was marginally cheaper with Cashback than others were without. Met all the T's and C's and yet its been declined like many others.
It seems that they really don't want to pay and despite putting an appeal in with TCB I doubt I'll see the cashback.
Use another trader who actually pays as promised!!!

Refused Cashback!
Why was I refused cashback from Avanti? Surely TopCash should not be allowed to advertise this when clearly Avanti had no intention of rewarding TopCash customers.
Would you be good enough to explain why I was not given the amount stated?
It seems as if you are breaking a contract. I was with Staysure and I wish I had stayed with them as I did benefit from them through TopCash.

TopCashback STOP advertising them, they decline cashback for no reason
I have just discovered that I am one of several people whose cashback has been declined for no reason. It all started off well with the cashback tracking almost immediately. I have just been waiting for the cashback status to change to payable. However, checking my account today the status is declined with no reason. I am disgusted by this, I have been lured in by the promise of cashback that from reading other reviews was never going to be paid. How TopCashback can continue to promote this advertiser with so many complaints I think is also disgusting.

Another CashBack Refusal.
I took out a single trip policy and expected a cashback of just over £100.00. However several months later this was refused without any reasons given. Contacted Top Cashback & not has any luck. I then e-mails Avanti travel& got a 1 line reply that it nothing to do with them.. Willk NEVER use Aventi again for anything.
TOTAL SCAM.

Cashback refuse
As others cashback did not track then took months before went to Avanti who refused cashback. Topcashback wont help either who are as much use as a chocolate fireguard

Took an annual policy out. Avanti rejected cashback. This seems to be the trend here. Topcashback offered little as an explanation. Disapointed

3 different purchases, each time expecting £30+ cashback, and each time DECLINED! Not last referrer? Just seems like Avanti don't want to pay! TCB reply: We're convinced with the accuracy of Avanti's decision. Not good at all.

I have not had a good experience with getting the correct amount of callback from Avanti. They are saying my insurance was £203.08 when in fact it was £587.35 which I have verified by my ref no to Topcash who are looking into it on my behalf. So at present I am not happy with this company who are offering me £24.36 instead of £70.35 as stated on the Topcash site. Not happy!
