Payment Received
I was concerned about the other reviews mentioning potential delays or missed cashback payments. However, I received my payment about eight weeks after my six-month direct debit, which aligns with the terms and conditions.

Wait is too long
Purchased an AVIVA policy, had to wait approx 7 Months for the Cashback. It states at the start when purchase the policy through Cashback that it takes 12 weeks for Cashback to come through, Its only when you haven't received it within that timeframe that you get told its paid approx 8 weeks after your 6th monthly payment! Im not sure whether this is a Cashback or Merchant Communication issue but it needs to be clear from the start how long these payments can take.
