Very poor website, and I'm an existing customer. First, I entered my car registration number for a car insurance quote and the website rejected it several times. My car is outside my window - the nimber is correct. Today I tried again and entered the start date for a new policy several times, but the box went blank and returned me to the same page again. This is really amateur, time-wasting stuff.

Two legitimate claims for motor and home insurance declined by Aviva in the last 12 months, I would avoid them and use someone else if you can even if the cashback is slightly less as at least you will receive your cashback.

Really slow paying. Even when advertised payback is 17 weeks, which is a long time, especially when decision to buy took this discount into account. So far 22 weeks and counting
