Didn't track, logged claim with policy number, date and amount, still turned down!Once again a insurance company that promise one thing then do the opposite.hope I have more luck if I have to make a claim.

Another insurance company that will find any excuse to not to pay cashback.

Despite logging claim and providing policy number details and start down - AXA still refused to pay out. BEWARE AND DONT USE UNLESS YOURE HAPPY TO BE RIPPED OFF

Rubbish merchant, do not ever take out insurance from them. My transaction was correctly tracked and went to confirm after soon. But it is still not payable even it is confirmed. My transaction was in May 2014 and now it is August 2015... AVOID AXA

I have been waiting more than a year for my cashback. It hasn't moved from 'confirmed' for months. Rubbish. Avoid like the plague!!!

Appalling service. Cashback for my home insurance policy has had a 'Confirmed' status for nearly a year now, but there's still no sign of the payment. Avoid.

Dreadful service. Cashback did not track. Missing cashback Claim submitted to topcashback and denied, apparently because I did not purchase the insurance from AXA via topcashback site, even though I clicked through to the AXA home insurance site from topcashback and purchased the insurance. It seems that any cashback from insurance companies is a gamble due to a lack of honesty from these types of merchants, as it either does not track or is denied for no apparent reason. We may as well purchase direct from the merchant site, as it is possible the company may deny you have purchased the insurance in the event of any type of claim.

Cashback was never received, after querying was told it had been declined but AXA wouldn't say why.

As with many of the previous reviews, 3 months after purchasing home insurance, Topcashback has advised "I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". I am certain it was and just appears to be another get-out of not paying by AXA.

AVOID AXA - They have refused my cash back (after waiting over a year) and won't give a reason.

I purchased home insurance March 2012 from AXA and clicked through Topcashback, the cashback didn't track even though I had cleared my cookies as suggested before clicking the link. I opened a missing cashback claim back in April 2012 and it has taken until now - 24th July 2014 - to get back to me and advise my claim has been rejected! No reason was given. Needless to say, I'm not very impressed

I am yet another person to add to the list. Bought home insurance in May from Axa, exactly as I should have done. Didn't track. Lodged missing cashback claim with tcb. Have sent several nudges. Not heard a peep yet and don't expect to, judging by others' experiences.

Update. I bought the insurance in June, did not track, lodge claim, sent 2 subsequent nudges. Topcashback still haven't even replied. Not impressed with AXA or Topcashback.

Didn't track. Don't hold much hope of getting this cashback after a claim sitting for over 2 months

Purchased in May 2013 and not tracked . have contacted tcb twice but still no tracking or likelihood of payment. Very disappointed and after seeing other users experiences with AXA feel its time they are ditched Come on Topcashback sort this out now !!!!

Bought the home insurance - has not tracked - lodged claim with TCB. Looks like I'm going to join the long list of no payouts. TCB should ditch continual non-payers. They're getting the business and not keeping their promises.

Six months later and although tracked, no cashback!! come on Topcashback sort it out or remove Axa if they can't pay up!

Only get you insurance if they are the cheapest as you will NOT get any cash back from AXA, you will get no help from top cashback either

I purchased my Home insurance in Nov 12 and nothing tracked but as insurances usually have a period before payment I did not worry to much. I did as a matter of course take a snapshot of my internet history to show my tracking for the purchase via TCB.Heard nothing so went trough TCB customer care to chase up.AXA finally replied saying I had gone through another merchant?? They cannot tell TCB who due to confidentiality.(That's very convenient, maybe they could tell their customer's).Anyway then decided to see others experiences with AXA on here and it seems quite a lot of customers somehow do this!!!!! I just hope other companies do not start using this method and spoil a great service. Just have to hope my house doesn't flood or burn down before the policy expires, I don't have much confidence in AXA keeping to their side of the agreement. Shame.

2 years in the row "decline your missing commission" despite it was "tracked". Not recommended!
