Ourselves and other members appear to have to wait almost one year before receiving cashback. Money cleared almost the same time as the renewal letter received.

This cashback experience is a nightmare, emailed twice to chase as claimed it 03/06 and said bacs paid in 3 days still not received dispite emails saying will get in a 'few' banking days ... not a good experience for my first cash back!!!

I don't think it was easy to earn cashback with Axa Insurance. It took approx 8 months to pay out. I was disappointed with how long the whole thing took and would have second thoughts about going through the same thing with them in the future.
