Wasn't sure how this worked as it says transactions must be completed wholly online but I used the reserve and pick up service which didn't allow me to pay online. I had to pay instore on collection. It looks as if it has still picked it up though. Perhaps the guidelines could be a bit clearer for this vendor.

Tracked quickly but for reserve and collect item, B&Q doesn't include the total price (i.e. excluding VAT). Was a bit disappointed as this wasn't mentioned in the retailer info.

tracked very quickly, didnt get my 20% discount when i went to collect me reserved goods. I was told it was because i hadn't collected the goods the day before even though i only reserved them at 9pm on a sunday night when they were shut!
