B and Q's stock system is appalling, this is the words of the staff at the store where I was shopping. I was advised that I should never rely on the online stock levels but always ring the store directly and ask them to do a physical stock check instead. I won't be ordering items through their website again as they are just not reliable enough.

Great experience, had to use reservation to grab a great offer on a drill which were flying off the shelves. Used topcashback this time as nearly an afterthought, however, not only did the money get confirmed within a day it got payable within the month. This is the fastest cahsback I have ever encountered on any site. Very impresssed and the drill was good too!

I used Top Cash Back to reserve and collect an item from B & Q last week. My confirmation from B & Q advised that if the item was not in stock a member of staff would phone me. When I went to collect the item the next day I was told that it was not in stock. However no one had phoned me to tell me that and as a result I wasted half a day making a round journey of over 30 miles. This was the second time I had tried to use Reserve and collect and I had the same experience the first time. I have complained to B & Q HQ about this poor service and promised that a local rep would phone me. 5 days later, no one has phoned me. So do not trust the B & Q Reserve and Collect service - it has not worked for me. However my £2.02 Top Cash back still shows on my account! Perhaps B & Q has a guilty conscience!

I ordered goods on the reserve and collect system then that evening received a phone call saying they actually had none in stock despite their website saying the goods were available.
I emailed you to make you aware that I was not misusuing the system but B&Q had let me down
