I like B & Q. Quality stuff, good prices and a no fuss returns policy. The staff are very helpful (when you can find one).
Haven't yet received any actual cash back, but transaction was confirmed in my topcashback account very quickly.

When we arrived at B & Q, our reserve & collect order was not where it should have been. After waiting some time for someone to help us, we got the item from the shelf ourselves. This experience made us wonder if we would have been contacted if the item had been out of stock. It would have been very annoying if this had been the position as we had driven 15 miles to the B & Q store. Fortunately, the item was in stock anyway.

Tracked quickly. The store didn't actually have my item reserved whne I got there so I just bought one off the shelf. The cashback still was confirmed and paid though.
