Still waiting for cashback for my purchase made in June! Tracked ok but still not paid. This is now being chased up as a Topcashback Claim.
No complaints about the actual product or the delivery service. Just keen to have my cashback payment.

Slightly disappointing as did not live up to their "next day" delivery claim (delivery took two days), but goods arrived in good condition and cashback has tracked after a slight delay.

WANT TO BRING ATTENTION TO THE FACT THAT B & Q HAVE TWO WEBSITES. I'D WANTED TO COLLECT IN STORE BUT THE ITEM CHOSEN WAS ONLY AVAILABLE VIA THEIR HOME DELIVERY SERVICE SO IN ADDITION TO NOT BEING ABLE TO GET LOYALTY CARD DISCOUNT I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £5.00 FOR DELIVERY - NOT FAIR!

Didn't track at tghe right amount so have had to submit a claim and they also only pay on the ex-VAT cost. If they mentioned this it would have been OK but very unfair not to specify this.

Unbelievably quick service - ordered at 6pm on Friday and delivered Saturday morning, even though the website indicates Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday.
