really good company. had a few below par products but have been using for 10 years so they are doing something right! cashback tracked and became payable after only 4 weeks! :)

My transaction (almost £60) failed to track and a manual claim was eventually declined cashback after almost 12 months. We also had various problems with the merchant, including charging an express delivery fee when only part of the order was dispatched, that required several phone calls to sort out. Therefore, I would not recommend this merchant at all!

I was once again let down with delivery of my purchase. After paying nearly £10 for next day delivery I expected to get my delivery on time - it was 4 days later that the parcel actually arrived and only after I rang customer services to ask what was going on.
