	I have ordered a business laptop from them.The item they have sent was used already.It was set up with a user name and password.During the initial phone call they have said they will send an email with collection/exchange instructions which has never arrived.Their customer service is terrible.I had to chase them for days for even the cancellation and return of the product eventhough they have made endless errors.They even dared to expect me to have time off for the return collection after all the mistakes.They have not refunded my money for along time. They have failed to explain why have I received a used product.Simply they should not be operating.Never shop from them.

	worst experience i have ever had with a retailer delivered faulty wgoods but despite numerous hours spent trying to sort it, no resolution - absolutely no idea whatsoever of what customer service means or of their legal obligations

	The cashback is hardly worth the bother and took over 5 months to become payable. But it did come through in the end!

	I was a bit wary of going through this merchant after reading the reviews but the price of what I wanted was good so I did. Cashback tracked quickly and the goods were delivered promptly (even though I selected the cheapest delivery method). I've had a good experience with them so maybe they've improved their service since others have commented.

	terrible merchant! ordered as the item was in stock, took my money ,but the order three days later, with no apologies nothing, wouldn't have even known it was cancelled if not for the pay pal e-mail saying it was refunded, absolutely no response to e-mail either, they seem to treat customers like garbage ,steer well clear

	DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE DOING SO FOR THE CASH BACK. My transaction didn't track and so I prompty raised a claim. TWENTY MONTHS later Ballicom refused the claim saying the transaction was too old. Either TCB didn't push the issue despite numerous reminders, or Ballicom is not to be trusted to honour any significant cash back claim. And if you can't trust a company with the little things how can you trust them with the big things?

	I've been waiting 15 months now, with regular nudges, but still waiting for retailer, and no feedback from top cash back. Was expecting £23.32 from a £777.36 order, and only went to Ballicom for the cash back, so not very happy that no-one seems bothered about it.

	Took a while, but no problem with tracking and subsequent payment. Products are quite competitive, delivery fast and efficient. Overall a pleasant experience.

	Great site but didn't track. Submitted claim Dec 2009, still nothing this month despite numerous nudges. Had to message TCB to complain about 5 month wait, they offered cashback value so thanks to TCB in the end, NOT Ballicom

	Never tracked. Placed order on 14/07/09. I've now spent over 6 months "Waiting for retailer". TCB don't seem to be bothering to do anything about it either despite numerous nudges. Products were good price and delivered quickly, but wouldn't recommend for cashback purposes.

	Bought the item in November 09. Still NOT tracked, even though I've had a manual claim in since Dec 09! Good products and prices but don't bother with the cashback.

	The goods were by far the cheapest on the market and delivery was extremely quick (within 2 workings days). Unfortunately the cashback was listed at 3% but it is currently tracking at a little over 1%. So although I would definitely use Ballicom again to make a purchase I would not consider the cashback % to be reliable.

	Cashback tracked without a hitch, however, customer service and delivery left a lot to be desired....It is unlikely that I will shop with this company again. No problem with the actual product.

	tracked within 24 hours. cheapest place i've seen for some items and also fast delivery even on the 7 day no cost option ordered on saturday afternoon and delivered wednesday morning. excellent

	Good website, clear and easy to find what you are looking for. Communication and delivery was very good. Would recommend for electrical items as they tend to be cheaper than elsewhere.
