It says "free delivery" on the website but when you check-out they add delivery charges! They offer 0% finance but you need to pay 7% fee! Absolute joke.

SHOCKING COMPANY I ordered a beautiful cot from Bambino Direct. It arrived on the date expected, fab, however the parcels were filthy, ripped and the contents damaged. It took an age to get a returns approval, an age for the company to collect. This was bad enough; but the replacement took 5 separate attempts to be delivered. The sales assistants blatantly lied to me on two occasions saying the replacement was en route for the agreed dates, only to be told by the couriers that they had no record of such parcels. I had to take 4 separate days off of work to await delivery, only to be told it was other either lost or non existent. I lost earnings as I am self employed, not to mention the increase in both my mobile phone bill and landline phone bill calling an 08 number to chase the deliveries up. When I claimed for loss of earnings they took weeks to reply, and simply said that they cannot compensate for forces beyond their control and that because i did not specify a date for delivery they were not liable! This is ridiculous as I simply wanted delivery of of the goods that I had already paid for, and so with each failure to deliver I had to take the next available delivery date, which would again materialise to be another wasted day! How is it possible for such a huge online company to behave so unprofessionally with no thought for the undue stress on a member of their target demographic, a pregnant woman!? Blatant lies and disregard of the consumer. I truly thought I had been duped out of my money. The replacement that eventually turned up had marks and dinks on it and looked like a reject also. I just could not bare another 8 weeks of anxiety and disappointment in tying to return it for a refund. Unbelievably bad company. Never had any issues with Mothercare, Amazon, Next etc and I have recently ordered a highchair from online4baby, the delivery turned up exactly when stated, within the hours slot specified; fantastic service. I would never use, recommend Bambino

Two words: don't bother! a) cashback did not track b) customer service is very poor and quite frankly unhelpful. When you speak to someone, it is just like they are reading from a script. We had expected delivery dates for all of our nursery items. The majority arrived after the date given and one item was given a later date due to no stock. Eventually told that this key item could not be sought even though the rest of the range had been delivered. No help given. Will never use again.

Item was received badly damaged, but because this was not noticed at the time the package was singed for Bambino direct refused refund or exchange. Buyer beware, eventually the manufacturer took up the case and sent us a revised item. The icing on the cake, however, was that they still took our money but because we took issue with them they withdrew the cash-back. Basically just beware that this is not a nice company to deal with if things go wrong.

Bambino Direct is the worst retailer I have ever seen, I order an stroller 2 month ago, and I have been contact with them for at least 6 weeks. But they still unable to deliver my order or let me cancel it which they said the parcel is lost in transportation. They are not going to refund or send me a replacement. and they spend 6 weeks and still do nothing. I am strongly recommend everyone go for other retailer rather than Bambino direct!

Awful customer service. Order was pending and it wasn't until we contacted them did anything happen, then they sent the wrong product and had to be threatened with court action before they would admit they were in the wrong and sent the right product. On top of that cashback seems to have tracked at zero.

Poor customer service received, not worth saving a few extra pennies for extra hassle. Order and money taken even though items not in stock, no email or contact to advise when they would be available. One item faulty on delivery, not an easy process to return. Will stick to Amazon in future.

Very slow in paying the cashback. I've spent lots of money on the website just because it offers cashback, but the time it takes for the cashback to be paid is the slowest I've ever experienced. TCB does nothing at all to explain better why it is happening, and that's why I sometimes use another cashback programme.

I purchased a bugaboo pram for my new grandaughter last June and I am still waiting on my cashback payment from this company.Topcashback have also resubmitted the claim with no success.When I contacted Bambino Direct Customer Services regarding the pram I found them to be very vague as regards the delivery date and very difficult to speak to somebody in person. When we received the pram we were pleased with the actual product but would think twice about using this company again especially since it was a purchase of nearly £900 and expected better service.

Bambino Direct was able to offer the product we were after at the biggest discount price next to Mothercare with free delivery and cashback which was a real bonus and made our item a bargain! Had to call customer services for price on our item as with all Silver Cross items on their website and the service was fast and efficient. Online order tracking could be better though but overall a pleasant shopping experience from this retailer. Cashback tracked within a couple of days and just waiting to be confirmed and payable now.

This is the second time I have used this company I have always found them cheaper than Kiddicare and I get confirmation of my cashback within days of purchasing. I highly recommend them.
