Good cashback %age and always quick to pay it. I buy quite a lot from BR now, good range and often do discounts and other promotions. Delivery is always quick and no problem when returning items.

Very Disappointed with Banana Republic, took months to receive any response for the cashback claim after spending a large amount on their products, only to be given a lame excuse as to why they would not payout, will not buy from them again.

Hugely disappointed as the checkout page would not accept my credit cards as the address page would only recognise homes with house numbers and street names, not house name and street only. So no discounts for me!
Also chat not available and no phone numbers to contact the company to rectify problem.

Ordered goods totalling approx 216 pounds in December. Subsequently returned items worth 112 pounds. For some reason they are refusing to explain, they will not pay cashback. Not impressed.

Simply amazing. I tried the clothes on in store, they didn't have my size trousers, so the shop assistant wrote down the details and I came home and ordered online. They arrived two days later and with 15% off, free delivery, and then cashback on top! Mega saving, and I would highly recommend!

Not the first time I shop at Banana Republic but the first time online and what a great experience that was.
The purchase tracked overnight as advertised by TCB, the jacket bought arrived a couple of days later although I chose the standard and cheapest delivery option, the size and fit is perfect, no need to change it or alter it and appears to be of great quality.
The prices is slightly over my budget but worth it for the style, fabric, design and is a treat for me to start my new job and embrace the new season!
Great shopping experience and cashback rate although it has now gone down by 2% since I bought my jacket a couple of weeks ago. Will see whether the cashback is paid promptly soon enough I guess.

Really good quality clothing and some accessories, from Gap's big brother. Mix of smart and smart casual. Not the cheapest, but items go on promotion regularly so it's worht checking the website. Quick delivery, easy to return or exchange items. Sizes can take some getting used to as they're probably slightly more generously made than many UK high street garments. Like Gap, they offer 'in between' waist sizes (31, 33, etc) on trousers.
