“I ordered many times from them. I all cases, in one way or another if I had a problem they solved it. Most of the times they have good barging, and as for cheep stuff you cannot expect exceptional quality. As for delivery time some items come quickly, and sometimes slow. But it is same situation like in eBay. If you buy over the Internet you need to be prepared for it. Everyone buys from China because it is cheaper, but expect it to arrive in few days. That doesn't work. ”

I have purchased lots of items from Banggood over the last few months and always found their products good value - I have just had 2 soldering irons replaced due to a manufacturing fault - excellent aftersales service.

Kind of in love with them. They just work so hard for the customer. They value long-term business. Dead cheap! Really...nice watches for 15 quid, Apple-beating smartphones for a third of the price, and I would go nowhere else for my quadcopter/rc stuff. Huge range. Great service.
