Barclaycard don’\t pay out
I made a transaction on 6th June 2023 to open a new Barclaycard account via TCB. The status changed from pending to confirmed, but has now stuck like that for ONE YEAR. The cashback has never been paid. I tried to raise a support ticket via TCB, but it is almost impossible as it no longer appears in the dropdown list.
Very disappointed, as it is a significant sum.

Just like nearly everyone else...
Initially tracked correctly. Followed the instructions to the letter, account opened and in use ... Cashback declined.
Lodged a customer service ticket and now the affiliate is asking for a mystical 12 digit 'APP ID' from the original Barclaycard emails (this doesn't exist). No 12 digit APP ID anywhere on any of the emails sent by Barclaycard or the initial application which I kept screenshots of.
Really disappointed that TCB are allowing the affiliate to continue on the site.
