didn't track initially. maybe because i used a voucher code or it was xmas. not sure. manual claim resolved in 6 weeks.

Failed to track automatically. Eventually tracked after 2 month wait via manual claim.
Very pleased with the bean bags although took longer than expected to be delivered (in December)
