I have made several orders with Beerhawk their pricing is competative especially given the quality of beer they sell the website is easy to negociate and free delivery on orders over £50 really whats not to like.

I've been waiting over a year for my cashback to move from pending to payable. Don't trust it, they lie to get you to click but don't follow through. Topcashback customer service have been no help either.

Now don't get me wrong, beerhawk are USUALLY good, but on this occasion they are VERY,VERY SLOW. I sent two kegs back over 12 working days ago, and still not been credited. They say they are having a lot of returns, and i will be credited soon. WHY NOT get MORE STAFF to clear the back log.
