There might not have been any Artificial Grass review feedback on our site at the time of writing, but that doesn’t mean you wouldn’t have found positive comments about the company. If you take a look on bark.com, you’ll find some very good Artificial Grass reviews. One customer said: “Prices are extremely good and the quality is also exceptional. If and when we are in need of more of this product, we will certainly be going back to purchase from this company again. First class service and very friendly and helpful.”

Other comments include “great service, polite and efficient installers, super product and moderately priced. Company uses underhanded business practices
Terrible experience. Signed up due to the nature and price of the deal on offer however the company then employed underhanded tactics into keeping me signed up whilst also automatically charging my card the following month leaving me in a financially precarious position. There is NO option to cancel your subscription online once you have made the first payment which is incredibly shady as you have to pay money in order to call the company directly by phone, wait on hold, before speaking to a customer representative in order to cancel. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP TO THIS COMPANY as my card was charged without my knowledge and once it had been charged beer52 did nothing to help me out. They claimed once my card had been charged the wine/beer was automatically sent out for delivery, which was strange because I had not received any message from the courier company that it was out for delivery. The delivery was only dispatched 2 days after this claim which shows they are also willing to tell mistruths in order to keep peoples money! At this point I offered to send the delivery back to them at my own cost which was met with a resounding NO. I also then asked if there could be some kind of discount offered as I had a bill to pay and the amount beer52 took from my card meant I could not pay my bill in full. Again this was met with a resounding NO. Basically my interactions with this company left a sour taste in my mouth and I believe people need to hear what happened to me before deciding whether to spend their hard earned cash on a company such as beer52. PS. The actual beer and wine isn't even all that great either. I would personally stay well away!
