Worst customer service in the world

Did not track and then to add insult to injury, Belkin took weeks to send my order. They have no real customer service. Their England phone lines are unmanned. They cannot answer a phone, they cannot reply to an email. The customer service is based in US or somewhere odd and none of them are available to discuss missing, undespatched, unfulfilled UK online orders. Pretty poor. Sent me an email to do a survey if they had sorted my problems regarding my broken device?! Pretty difficult since they had not even despatched my order. Will definitely not be using them again.
