While it is true there are some negative reviews complaining about cashback being declined or not tracking, or the products and services provided by Best Heating, others have been happy with the cashback process. 	I have ordered a few wall radiators from this company and one of the radiators kept making a clicking sounds once it heated up. I have had my plumber round, he drained the system and changed the valves, however, the clicking sound has not gone away. I have called Best Heating and was told that the radiator is not at fault and that it could be two things, - either faulty valves or air trapped in the system. I have told them that these two things had already been looked into and that these can not be the faults. Although I was given 20 years warranty for my radiator I was told categorically that the radiator is not faulty and they will not do anything about it. They were really rude on the phone and I felt as if they couldn't get off the phone any faster. I feel really let down by this company as I was given 20 years warranty for the radiators I have purchased and will now have to go out and buy another new radiator. What a waste of time and money! Thanks Best Heating! PS. You may want to re-consider your company name ;)

	Declined cashback for no reason. Contacted Best Heating who told me to raise it with TopCashback. TopCashback specify that they are not able to look into declined cashback claims. Ridiculous!

	I had nothing but problems with this company and their deliveries; I order the electric towel heater. It was damaged in the delivery so had to wait for a week to get a new one. It came without the electric element - for which I had to wait for over a week because the delivery company kept failing to leave it with the neighbour as specified in the delivery instructions, to later find out, when had already arranged for the professional fitting, that the heater they delivered was all wrong!!! the company's inflexibility with rectifying their mistakes and deliver the correct items in the time slots suitable for their customer (i had already taken enough time away from work to be at home for those deliveries!) is unacceptable. they seem to be operating in the previous era. I wouldn't give them any start but had to on this website as otherwise the review cannot be submitted

	The service was really fast - the order was with the courier that day and we didn't order it online until 3pm. It was delivered the very next day - brilliant. The payment tracked very quickly and the was confirmed in a couple of days. Highly recommended.
