Still waiting on cashback payment
I fulfilled the transactional requirements in early October 2024, however, as of the end of January 2025, there has been no cashback paid. This is disappointing and following a raised query with TCB, they say they are waiting on the funds. I would surely think there should is an agreement in place as to when funds are to be paid rather than it appearing to be at the retailers discretion.
