	Goods and prices are pretty good, but don't expect to get your cash back. I don't understand why companies are allowed to advertise on cash back websites when they have no intention of honouring the agreement. I purchased over £1000 of goods from these guys, and with only 2% cashback, I thought £20 in my pocket would help out come Christmas time, the day it was due to be paid the claim magically turned to £0.00 with no explanation. As such I will not use better bathrooms again (I can nowsee that they treat many customers in the same way!) as other stores offer similar prices for the same goods.

	I placed two orders with this company amounting to around £1000 and cashback has gone to zero. Whilst I would normally follow this up my experience with this company to date suggests that it would not be worth the time and effort. My order included taps that just do not work, even after having a new boiler and water pump installed (water pump suggested by company )- complete waste of money, as they still do not work and the customer service is a joke. I will definately advise not to deal with this company.

	Made two purchases (approx. £500) with this company and goods/delivery were perfect. Only complaint is that both purchases have been zero for the cash back.. too much hassle to log a complaint and wait, therefore be careful...

	Waited until after the 100 day cashback chase date to decline the transaction. Don't waste your time using them for cashback. No reason for declination at all, i'd met all of the criteria. First ever issue on topcashback and there 100 day limit is being exploited by the company.

	Took day off work to wait for delievery, nothing. Better Bathrooms blame the courier but admit the items are in in their warehouse in Stafford. Now Better Bathrooms say more items are not in stock. Useless. From in stock and 3-5 days delievery to now delievery over 1 month away. Useless.

	Ordered a complete bathroom that was in stock and installed all pipework and waste pipes based on the dimensions on their website. Phone call a few days later to say it is not in stock and will be a month delay. As I have laid the floor i either accept no bathroom for a month, or rip out everything i have already done. Not best pleased

	The goods are what I ordered, delivered when promised and I am happy with them, but they sat on my cashback and then rejected -its past the 100 days so I cant claim. I can see other similar comments, buy the goods if you like them, but don't expect the cashback, do expect marketing e-mails from them every week after your order though. Its a shame - I am happy with the products and price for refitting the downstairs loo, but when I have to replace the bathroom upstairs next year (a much bigger order) they wont get my business...

	Be wary with this merchant - they may not honour cashback claims. I put in a high value order for a bathroom suite. It was supposed to have 6% commission, instead they paid 2%. I put in a claim for the missing commission and the result was they denied all cashback to me. The price of the bathroom suite compared to other suppliers was negligible and I chose Better Bathrooms because of the higher commission. Unfortunately I have lost out on all commission for a high value transaction due to the dishonourable intentions of this retailer.

	Do not touch this retailer. Returned items in line with their T&Cs and Distance Selling Regs but they have refused to provide refund in line with statutory obligations. Customer Services rude and unhelpful. I have had to report them to Trading Standards and am threatening legal proceedings to get my money back. Cashback also declined on basis that 1 item out of 4 was returned even though they have not refunded me for this item and I am currently without goods, refund or cashback. Bunch of cowboys. Avoid.

	Products & service pretty good. Chances of actually getting cashback? well in my experience, after tracking you will wait, and wait!, then have it declined with no explanation. VERY POOR

	Absolutely fantastic service, couldn't believe the speed of delivery. We ordered late one evening during the Christmas period and our goods were dispatched the following day. The courier company was helpful and we had frequent texts to update us on status of our delivery. I'm impressed!

	dont touch with a barge pole! cash back does not track, i raised a query and it still didnt get paid. as for the company it took 3m to get the goods, and when received legs for the bath were missing, the tap was badly made, the shower screen didnt fit the bath so we had to buy a curtain rail and curtain. the toilet is bad quality and the flush is pathetic. the fitted cabinets didnt fit with the toilet cupboard so we had to buy an extra panel to fill the gap. the shelf in the cupboard, the melanine cover has began to peel-dispite being fit for bathroom use.the chrome on the sink and bath taps has pitted already less than 6m old.the side of the bath was damaged all along the edge, we thought the thin flimsey side panel would disguise this but the panel fitted underneath it.
