Didn't track initially
As with most merchants recently my £1000+ order did not track, raised a dispute and within 14 days the payment was inserted to my account so I'm happy

Tracked and paid as expected
I bought a new Samsung TV from Beyond Television. My transaction tracked fine and was payable at the expected rate without any issues. I would buy from them again

Disappointing. Never previously had any problems with cash back transactions but when purchased tv from Beyond TV (which arrived OK) through topcashback in usual way it did not track. Lodged claim, which after several months & the best efforts of topcashback team was rejected by Beyond TV stating the purchase had not come via topcashback !!- This was totally incorrect but nothing further could be done. It surprises me that a company would bicker over the relatively small amount of cashback when someone has verifiably purchased an expensive TV from them. It would pay dividends in the long run for the company to recognise that good customer service & a happy customer will result in future purchases ! Now however i will now not use this company again.

Excellent company best sales service ever charged me just £15 extra to supply a Samsung washer dryer to the Isle of Man...less than the locals...and same 2 man delivery company...and the discount was £200 cheaper than best local price ..brilliant

Just an update - Never received cashback as Beyond television tried to say I went through another merchant which is rubbish. Cowboy tactic really. So do not buy through this site for cashback alone as it is highly probably that if you spend a lot you won't get any. If you look through the feedback here you will see it is not an isolated problem.

Never received cashback for this item so buyers beware. Do not buy solely for the cashback as many others here have not got it either. Their customer service is ok but sometimes they seem to just ignore emails.

This company is not genuine in giving cashback although they follow-up with phone call for delivery. Be careful when paying, if you reach the payment page, they deliberately did not follow usual payment format (i.e. entering first name and last name) for debit card/credit card which they should ask for 'name as appear on card', hence create a doubt in payment success. They also encourage you to pay by bank transfer by offering that option upfront, and by that, they come back to me and say I am not eligible for cashback because bank transfer is not part of the deal/discount? Hello??? Did you mention this in topcashback website? Unfortunately NO! Hence, I am still fighting and I will chase them until they pay the cashback.

Hi, just an update on my missing cashback from Jan. I have just recieved an update from topcash and been told that I will not get cashback from beyond television as they have paid it out to another company (ie. another cashback site or voucher site) as I did not completed sale through topcash. This is completely untrue. I am not a member of any other cash back site and I did not use any other comparison or voutcher site. I find this very disapointing as the only reason for purchasing from beyond television was the cash back. I also feel that if they can be untrue or inept with cashback claims then how reliable can the be with warranties etc. Very bad cashback service and I would urge anyone else to think twice before purchasing from them.

We purchased a washing machine from this retailer and it developed a fault after one month. The retailer was most unhelpful and would only offer a repair on a month old washing machine. We would not recommend them to anyone. Our advice would be to steer well clear. They might be great if there are no problems but if there are you are on your own!

I too bought a TV in January and I am still waiting for cashback to be confirmed and paid. Several nudges sent - but no response whatsoever.... very poor cashback service. The only reason I purchased the TV from Beyond was because of their cashback offered... surely can't take five months to track and pay????

Bought a 42"TV from them on line ,delivered when said, brilliant price but 2 big for my room.took TV back to them, I had to do this on my own expense (understandable under the circumstances) . every one there was helpful and polite and my money was put back on to my card a few days later. I would certainly use this company again .
