BikeINN trade under several sport specific 'INN' names. They are based in Spain. I've ordered from them twice. Both times there have been problems with the order. Delays in sending and inaccurate or absent order tracking information. Both times cashback has tracked initially, then vanished before the order finally turned up. Haven't received any yet despite chasing through Topcashback.

Customer service poor, slow dispatch, cashback showed quickly but less than half of the 5% offered. Claim submitted, still waiting four months plus.
