easy system, tracks every time, decent cashback percentage, but takes in the region of 4 months for the cashback to get to payable.

4 months
Paid almost 4 months after parking (12 months after originally booking it as I booked well in advance). In the time between booking and using the parking the cashback rate dropped and despite booking so far in advance I only received the revised lower cashback amount. Tracked fine and paid out ok but just be mindful you might actually get less than you expected.

Incredibly slow to move to payable
I've got cashback claims with this merchant sat at approved status since March - it's now October! It says estimated payable in 12 weeks, I'm beginning to doubt it will be paid within 12 months!

I don't know if it's the merchant or TopCashback but I had a number of confirmed payments that weren't payable for months. TopCashback told me they were waiting for the merchant to pay them so they could pay me BUT after I complained about the time it took, they paid me immediately. So unsure who deserves the bad review here.
