Misleading
I was awarded a lower amount than was advertised. On raising this with TopCashback it was reduced further, and despite my request for clarification I haven't heard anymore.

Terrible service
Terrible service, ordered over £200 of goods via Top Cashback, some of the order turned up, most didn't. Chased over 2 months, no reply to emails, no goods and now refusing to refund unless close any complaints/ reviews I have open.

They don’t deserve even 1 star as they have not fulfilled their agreement as I did not receive the amount that I was entitled to.
They have not provided any evidence to support their decline to pay whereas I have evidence to prove that I purchased the goods and have paid in full for them.
Quite disgusted really
