It would have been a help if lengths of short, medium, long were given (if they were I didn't spot them). Medium are too long for me at 5'4" and I have had to take them up as they didn't have any short length left! Also it would be really great if there was a wider colour range for ladies trousers etc. I know they are walking gear but light blue, beige, dark pink etc would be very versatile!

I bought two items from Blacks via TopCashBack. The purchase was tracking okay. Then suddenly it changed to paid, but £0.00.
I raised a query with TCB thinking that it was because Blacks did not have one of the items in stock (£~3.50)and had to cancel the order on their system, but actually still sent the main item (~£68.00). TCB seem to have cancelled this query with no explanation !
