It was in our first few years of launching TopCashback that we began providing our members with an option to donate their cashback to a charity of their choice. We are really proud to say, that this has resulted in over £180,000 in donations to hundreds of not-for-profits and amazing causes.
Much like our members, we like helping others. We pride ourselves on being generous in terms of the getting the highest cashback rates for you, but also with regard to doing our bit for the community and making contributions to causes that really matter to us.
For example, in the wake of COVID-19, we added the charity HEROES to our site, enabling people to donate their cashback. We pledged to match our members' donations to HEROES as a personal token of thanks and appreciation to the NHS and their staff – as a result, our combined efforts provided HEROES with over £18,000.
Furthermore, each year, our team vote to decide on a charity the company will support for the subsequent 12 months, we then hold numerous fundraising events and initiatives throughout the year. We’re so committed to this that we’ve created a separate division called Top Charity, which is also owned by our parent company (Top Group Online Partners).
