As an added bonus, delivery, returns and exchanges are easy and free.
What they offer
At Stitch Fix, you’ll find 140 brands available for both men and women, including a mix of high street and boutique brands, plus emerging European labels and their six own exclusive brands.
From Whistles and Ted Baker to Sweaty Betty and Mango, they carry labels you know and love at every price point.
Using real client feedback, their in-house experts have developed six exclusive brands, which are only available through Stitch Fix — Mauvette, Editor’s Cut and &et for women, as well as 01.Algo, Fairlane & Sons and A-Frame for men.
Customers can also request items from their new The Wardrobe Classic collection, which includes versatile essentials in a variety of colours and prints for all budgets, all year round.
They carry womenswear options in UK sizes 6-18, while menswear is available in sizes S-XXL (waist 28”-38”). Footwear ranges from sizes 3-8 for women and 7-12 for men.
They also carry petite ranges specifically to fit and flatter women of 5’ 3” and under from established brands such as Mint Velvet, Tommy Hilfiger, Lee Denim and Boden, in addition to their exclusive labels.
How it works
Take your style quiz: tell them about your style and fit preferences and set a price range when you fill out your style profile.
Book a Fix when you want: pick a Fix delivery date and you’ll pay just a £10 styling fee, which covers your stylist’s experience and time. This gets credited towards anything you buy.
Preview your Fix: you can preview your stylist’s selections and choose the items you’d like to receive (clothing, footwear and accessories). If you’d prefer to be surprised, they can do that too.
Try before you buy: you can try everything on at home and pay online once you’ve decided what to keep. There’s no upfront charge for your items. You’ll also provide feedback on the items you received when you check out. This helps your stylist get to know you better over time so they can consistently send pieces you’ll love.
Send back the rest: you’ll only pay for what you keep. Delivery, returns and exchanges are free, with a prepaid return label always included.
What comes in a Fix?
Each Fix includes five items of clothing, footwear and accessories hand-selected by your stylist, based on your style, fit and price preferences.
You’ll also receive a personalised note from your stylist with expert styling advice, style cards which show you ways to wear and pair your pieces and a prepaid label for free and easy returns.
What you pay and when
You can set your price range by telling them your preferences for each clothing and accessories category in your style profile. Pieces range from £25-£400, with the average item costing £55.
The £10 styling fee is charged when the stylist begins selecting pieces for your Fix and gets credited towards anything you decide to buy.
You’re never charged for item upfront and you’ll only pay for what you keep.
If you love everything, you’ll get 20% off your entire order if you keep all the items in your Fix.
Invite friends to try them and save even more with Stitch Fix referral credit as they’ll give you £15 credit after your friend completes their first checkout.
