We’re delighted to announce we’ve once again been shortlisted for Cashback Site of the Year at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards — and we really need your help to win.
Just like last year, we’re hoping to make it a double celebration when the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2023 winners are announced at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, on February 8th.
By being shortlisted for Cashback Site of the Year for the eighth straight year (winning in each of the last four years), we’re also eligible for the Best Customer Service award, which will be based entirely on the customer service scores submitted across a Moneyfacts consumers survey.
These awards are so important to us as they’re voted for by consumers, including you — our members. We’re hoping you love TopCashback so much you’ll help us be crowned Cashback Site of the Year for what would be the seventh time in eight years and claim the Best Customer Service award.

Awards shortlists are first assessed by Moneyfacts’ highly qualified research team who, using a strict set of criteria, drill down into the small print of each provider’s product range to measure their technical strengths and weaknesses.
Only the companies which offer the best products make it on to the shortlists, so we’re delighted to be in the running again this year.
Now we’ve been shortlisted, the next stage of the judging process involves Moneyfacts’ consumers survey, which seeks customer service scores for each shortlisted organisation. This is where you come in.
This second stage helps decide the overall result, so the consumer contribution really influences who comes out on top in each category.
More than 110,000 people had their say in the survey last year and if you provide feedback, you’ll be entered into a prize draw which offers the chance to win £1,000*, courtesy of Moneyfacts.

We’re hoping for another double success
TopCashback scooped two honours at the 2022 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards, and we’re hoping for a repeat this time around.
Not only were we crowned Cashback Site of the Year for the sixth time in seven years, we were also commended in the Consumer’s Choice for our Green Cashback initiative.
The Consumer’s Choice award was new for 2022 and celebrated organisations which had put new initiatives in place or gone the extra mile in areas such as their response to Covid-19 or with green or corporate responsibility initiatives.
What are the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards?
Totally independent, the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards combine more than 30 years of Moneyfacts’ expertise with the opinion of the all-important customers.
By giving more than 100,000 customers a voice, the results enable Moneyfacts to distinguish companies which offer great products alongside excellent customer service.
The 2022 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards covered 31 financial services categories, including mortgages, banking and insurance, among others.
They’re known throughout the financial sector for their unique combination of independent expert analysis and comprehensive survey results.
We have won Cashback Site of the Year six times in the last seven years and have been consistently in the top three providers since the category was introduced in 2012.
