The General11 September 2021, 09:03 The support is useless, I had an insurance purchase cashback knocked back with feeble excuses though it was clear I purchased a policy. Once the claim is closed you've had it because it can't be re-opened, tc blame the comparison site and vice versa.

The claims team will dispute a decline as much as they possibly can in order to secure cashback for you. The final decision to decline a transaction however lies with the retailer and their network.

If you could lodge a support ticket through the customer service tab then the team can take a look into why this was declined and to see if they can do anything further to help.

Weejo21 8 September 2021, 15:08 This question is nothing to do with the above post but don't know how else to get an answer....Can anyone tell me what is going on with ebay Cashback please. In the morning there's no Cashback then later on its the usual 1% And then changes again to none. I have ordered when it's 1% And nothing is tracking

This retailers offers have recently changed and are not available to all members. If you did make a purchase after clicking through a offer link that had a percentage of cashback it should track within seven days from the purchase date.

ir gerrard7 September 2021, 16:31 I took car ins through Top Cashback with Go Compare. Thought I had followed the rules, paid for policy, no cash back due to them saying “Took policy out using previous quote”.
Remember what you see you do not always get and it can cost you.
