This is why we’re incredibly excited and proud to announce that TopCashback will be supporting the first-ever Stafford Pride Festival this August.
We’re standing in solidarity with the LGBT+ community in Staffordshire, as the headline sponsor of Stafford Pride 2024.
Stafford Pride is a chance for people of all backgrounds to come together and celebrate tolerance, equality and inclusivity across Staffordshire and beyond. And with the majority of our staff working in our Stafford office, we love seeking out opportunities to support Stafford and its surrounding areas.
Fair Play is at the core of our values, which is why we’re passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment at TopCashback and within our local community. It’s because of this that we’re thrilled to be able to show our support for our local community, the LGBT+ community, and our own staff.

Championing diversity and inclusivity
One of our core aims as a company is to live by fair play, which means we always try to do the right, and fair, thing. We have a Diversity & Inclusion Working Committee to help open up conversations and educate ourselves and others, in order to ensure no person is disadvantaged in our organisation.
As part of TopCashback’s commitment to learning about – and celebrating – other people’s lifestyles, cultures and perspectives, we have regular talks during the working day for staff to attend.
These cover a range of topics, including wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and personal development.
They’re sometimes held by external speakers, but often our own staff too.
Throughout June, we have a range of talks taking place at TopCashback to help educate our staff about LGBT+ issues and keep the discussion going.
Chair of Stafford Pride, Jack Taylor will be speaking to us about his coming out story and the formation of Stafford Pride. We’ll also be having talks from members of our very own Pride Committee.

Supporting our staff and our local community
At TopCashback, we care about people. Wellbeing is at the heart of what we do.
We’re proud sponsors of the accessible area at Stafford Rangers FC, helping champion accessibility in football. We also work closely with The Money Charity to help educate, inform and guide people of all ages to manage their money with confidence and improve their financial wellbeing.
TopCashback’s Charity Team regularly holds fundraising events at our offices, including Wear It Green Day for Mental Health Awareness Week.
We also have a team of Mental Health first-aiders who often hold a ‘cuppa and a chat’ get-togethers in the Stafford office for anyone to join.

Keeping it Green
Not only does Stafford Pride as an event line up perfectly with our commitment to fairness and inclusivity, but it also aligns with our passion for protecting the planet.
Stafford Pride is a Green event – all power is being supplied by Octopus Energy and TopCashback will be leading the parade on Proud Mary, a biofuel truck Screwfix have provided to help support the event.
Sustainability is one of our core values and TopCashback’s Green Team are leading sustainable initiatives to make our company more planet-friendly. In the past year, we’ve had solar panels and EV chargers installed at our Stafford office.
We have recently made a donation to the Community Foundation for Staffordshire, establishing the TopCashback Sustainability Fund. This will go towards initiatives working to protect the natural environment across the county, as well as wider environmental issues.
Last year, we also invested £6 million into the Highlands Rewilding project. This project works to rewild and re-people the Scottish Highlands by working to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, grow biodiversity and create green jobs in the area.

Our TopCashback Pride team will be volunteering at Stafford Pride on 10th August.
The parade will run throughout the town before finishing at Victoria Park, where there will be a live music stage, food and drinks stalls and entertainment for all ages.
In fact, we’ll have our own stall at Victoria Park, so why not stop by and say hi?
And on top of the music and fun, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn and network. The event will feature a range of local charities and LGBT+ resources, making Stafford Pride the perfect place to connect.
