We’ve done it again.
Yes, that’s right, for the sixth year in a row — and the eighth time in nine years — we’ve been crowned Cashback Site of the Year at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards.
We were presented with the prestigious award at a glittering ceremony in London on February 7th.
We are absolutely delighted to be crowned Cashback Site of the Year once again and see this as a fantastic achievement.
We were also Highly Commended in a new award called Consumer’s Choice. Consumers’ Choice is a category that crosses all product areas and comes from an additional survey run by Moneyfacts.
They seek out organisations, initiatives and innovations that have gone the extra mile and who consumers consider to have made a big impact on their finances. Once the shortlist has been decided, the results are decided by a consumer vote.
Both of these achievements are a testament to the service we provide, the hard work of every member of our team and the loyal support of our members, who helped us to win the award once again this year by voting for us.

What are the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards?
The Moneyfacts Consumer Awards are totally independent and combine more than 30 years of Moneyfacts’ expertise with the opinion of the all-important consumer.
By giving almost 200,000 customers a voice, the results enable Moneyfacts to distinguish companies which offer great products, alongside excellent customer service.
The 2024 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards covered a wide range of financial service categories, including mortgages, banking and insurance.
They’re known throughout the financial sector for their unique combination of independent expert analysis and comprehensive survey results.

How we triumphed
The awards shortlists were first assessed by Moneyfacts’ highly qualified research team who, using a strict set of criteria, measured each provider’s strengths and weaknesses.
Only the companies they deemed offered the best products made it onto the shortlists.
The next stage of the judging process involved Moneyfacts’ consumers survey, which sought customer service scores for each shortlisted brand.
