Boden clothes are excellent and I know the size I buy will fit, they also wash very well. Customer service is excellent.
Cashback tracks straight away but my last transaction did take 5 weeks to become payable, still fast compared to most though!

I place quite a few orders with Boden and in the past have always been paid cashback no problems at all, however my last 6 purchases have never tracked despite the message 'your transaction has tracked' - not sure what is happening but not happy as I spend quite a lot and factor in the 5%. Chasing it seems to take ages and most of the time never happens. This is the only fault I have with Boden as there customer service is second to none - they fall down on this though!

Cashback tracked within hours and items delivered 3 days later. Very pleased, however I only order from them if there's a good discount as they are too expensive for me at normal price.

While I never seemed to have problems with cashback tracking with this merchant previously, the last few purchases have failed to track and I have had to ask Topcashback to chase them up. Slipping standards with Boden?

Items are incredibly hit & miss with Boden. Website said 6 week delay, confirmation email said 6 week delay AND promo email said 6 week delay - all on same item I had ordered.
I needed to cancel this order in week 3 due to insufficient funds but was told it had been despatched & was too late. Long story cut short, they offered me a small discount as a gesture of goodwill because I incurred charges.
