Used this company twice once while living in the uk and once whilst living in Australia perfect tracking, delivery was slow but order was all correct and no problems with quality of products :)

Always tracks perfectly, and goes through all the stages in time and never ever had any problems with money becoming payable
No problems with merchant either, except for products are occasionally sold out and I have to add myself to the email list, but that is it. (Just a small nuisance).

A problem arose with my order and the customer service I received was rather poor. No problem with the products and prices generally, but the after sales service let them down in my opinion. Unlikely to use again.
