The products arrived and were great - as described. HOWEVER, as the other reviews have said you will be lucky to get your cashback. I had to submit a claim which, after a couple of weeks, was successful. Pretty poor.

As per other comment, I've tried to get two perfectly normal cashback claims off these guys and both declined. Products are great but you won't get cashback

........BE WARNED CASHBACKS AREN'T EASY TO GET OUT OF THIS MERCHANT.........On two orders I have had to submit a ticket to get cashback due. Rather insultingly BBW declined the second saying another channel got credit with the referral, WTF! How can that be when all I use is Topcashback and did the necessary cookie clearing, change IP etc etc just to be safe.
Well BBW have potentially lost another NEW customer and will be removed from my own places of recommendation ie Facebook etc. My protein and Amazon make my purchases better and cheaper in the end as I only chose BBW due to the cashbacks made them that little bit cheaper, with no cashback they aren't.
