Original apartment was allowed to cancel my booking the evening before my trip. Allegedly something to do with my credit card but clearly a load of rubbish. I asked booking.com to investigate but never heard anything further. Property rental agencies can really do what they wisjh. You the customer are left high and dry with no comeback at all.
