Have had very disappointing experience with this retailer. One transaction tracked successfully and then was cancelled with no reason given. The second has tracked and is confirmed but still awaiting payout after six months.

They are slow to payout. As most of my cashback earnings are through Booking.com, it's frustrating to have to wait to be able to have enough earnings to get the virtual MasterCard with 8% bonus. Still, they have paid out in a few.bookings.

Declined payout after 18 months after originally becoming payable. Made my topcashback account -£21.07 down. Be careful that even though something becomes payable and you withdraw the money, Booking.com can decide there they want the cashback back after 18 months!
