	Rubbish in terms of top cashback Boots is horrendous because the transaction never registers. Then the reported missing cashback has to be on ice for 90 days. Even after that it takes months for Boots to work out and respond that the transaction should have had cashback. Currently Boots owes me over £20. For a major retailer they are lousy and you should not let them get away with this because it is actually damaging the TCB customer experience. Using TCB usually makes shopping fun and rewarding. With Boots the experience is frustrating and annoying and by allowing claims to be on ice for 90 days I think TCB is brown nosing Boots and ignoring the customer experience

	Most of my orders were untraceable I have five orders remain untraced and now claiming for cash back. My first order was on Nov 2024 which means I have been waiting for six months in my missing claim. It is totally unacceptable. If you did not fix your system bug, you should stop the cash back promotion instead of asking me to wait for 6 months.

	Fort Knox Purchases haven’t tracked with Boots. Have needed to submit claims. Submitted claim for first purchase in early October 2024 - no response. Not sure why they bother participating in this platform!

	Never Tracks Then You Wait For Months I ordered a Christmas present in November 2024 and STILL haven't had the cashback. I had to make a claim in November as it didn't track, the retailer has then had 5 months to pay out the cashback and hasn't done at the time of writing. If you order through Boots, be prepared to work for the cashback and wait probably half a year for it to arrive... after you've inevitably logged a claim that it hasn't tracked.

	Never tracks Constantly have to raise a claim for boots as purchases never tracks. This is then put on ice for several months before being submitted to the retailer ‘just in case’ it tracks. Usually wait about 6 months before it gets resolved and I have to do this all the time.

	Still waiting Waiting for cashback from October, also for topcashback bonus which was payable when I spent more than £10 that day. No sign of either. Customer service say they're waiting to hear from Boots. 6months!

	Never tracks I spent a fortune at Boots over Christmas over several weeks and none of the big spends tracked. Literally £29 of cash lost I just don’t trust this seller now

	Pays out quickly, every time! Pays out quickly every time. Always tracks and confirms quickly. I order from boots regularly as do all toiletry shopping through them so it's so nice to get some cashback from them!

	Terrible experience. I buy loads from Boots, but never have a good experience It rarely tracks, but sometimes after a claim they pay up, many months later

	Never tracks Cashback never tracks for me with Boots, I always have to raise a claim. I don't have this problem with any other retailers on here.

	Doesn't work for me Cashback doesn't seem to track for me. I have one claim waiting from 3 months ago and my most recent transaction doesn't seem to have tracked either

	Takes a long time. It can take upto 12 weeks to pay out. That's if they pay out at all. I've got a claim ongoing at the moment and that's been over three months

	TopCashback stepped in I purchased from Boots via TopCashback in September 2024. The corresponding cash back didn’t show, therefore, after the required period, I queried its whereabouts. After patiently waiting again, this time for Boots’ very lengthy timescales to play out, TopCashback had still not heard that my cash back would be honoured, so in February 2025 TopCashback credited my account with the missing funds.

	Decent cashback but slow to pay Sometimes orders don't track but when they do it's a decent amount of cashback. A bit slow to pay out but worth the effort.
