Mixed feelings about the tracking for Boots purchases. I made two purchases, both over £100 with few days gap between them. The first one wasn't tracked while the second one was. I've launched an enquiry, so hopefully that'll be resolved.

I really don't understand why I cant spend my Boots card points on-line. I do all my Boots shopping on-line but the only way I can pick up my points is to travel to another town (£24 round trip by taxi) or to a second town by ferry and taxi as I have mobility problems...I don't think this is a great example of customer care

Cashback seems to have come through ok but the service by Boots was very poor. I just wish they stocked the product in the branch because the online service was slow to deliver the goods, delayed without explanation and I had to call them several times to chase it up, each time being fobbed off with a 'it'll take a couple of days while we...' My local store, who were very helpful, ended up calling them at one point to find out what had happened. In the end I was called by my local store when they recieved it even though the web site said still awaiting delivery. Terrible. My advice: Shop in your local branch wherever possible!
