cashback didn't track but submitted a claim and was applied onto my account within a few weeks. i did use a mobile broadband pendrive to order and i did not check if tracking cookies were enabled so this may have been partly my own fault. all in all a good resolution thought, no hassle with the order.

Goods arrived in one very large box with no protective packaging and many items were broken,(packaging damaged, china smashed etc). They did resend damaged items, but packaging was still inadequate. My only compensation was that I was allowed to keep broken items! I think it is better to buy direct from their shops, as there is no quality control over deliveries.

Cashback tracked quickly and my order arrived very fast indeed. I had to swap an item and was told to return it instore and reorder off the web so ended up refunded to a different card. Interested to see if I get to keep the cashback as well as that from the extra item.

I ordered my items very late at night and found the site very slow, but all was well at the end, cashback in my account within 2 days, so very good so far, we decided to have the items sent to a local boots store, so here's hoping that works out.
