The only problem with Boots (which I order from regularly) is at times like Christmas or when they have a good promotion, the website is very slow and it takes a while to complete the order. I have always been happy with the delivery time and items ordered. Cashback is already pending. This site is much better than paypal rewards where you can't see your transactions and I am still waiting, and wondering if I will ever receive my HMV cash from an order in April!
