Cashback tracked at a lower amount that advertised. Despite providing the required breakdown of purchases TCB paid out at the lower rate. I guess this must be common where there are different rates for different items

Don't like different rates for existing and new customers, people should be rewarded for loyalty rather than penalised for using the merchant again in future and receiving less cashback, however no issues obtaining cashback and have reasonable rates
