I think being able to buy from Boots online and have your delivery sent free to your local shop is brilliant. I'm a bit frustrated at the moment, though, because they have an excellent offer on their Soltan products and they don't have what I want in stock.

never used customer service so dont know...
the products were great...
cashback offered was great... the only thing is it became payable in december 2010 and i still havent recieved it... i say boooooo to boooots... buyer beware!!!

My order never arrived! I phoned up to enquire about the 3 week delay and was told it would be a while yet, so I cancelled the order due to needing the items for a birthday party. Communication was poor, but I got a refund easily when requested. I cant rate the cashback side of things as my order was cancelled.

Excellent value and promotions especially at Christmas - have used them twice and received not only good value cashback but also 12.00 in bonus loyalty points for using Boots card. A great way to buy all those Christmas smellies and special gifts!

very bad experience. I will not use them ever again. I made an order, my payment accepted, and I received a confirmation email. After few hours my order has been cancelled by boots.com without no reason. After contacting customer care said :
"I have spoken with our Operational team who have advised that the order was cancelled because it has failed our internal validation checks. They were unable to advise me what checks are performed on the order."
Is it a serious company? how can they admit they do not have idea on the reasons why a customer cannot purchase?
I purchase regularly (10 times per month) on the web, and something even close to this never happened to me. It was my first time on topcashback tough, everyone experienced a similar behaviour?
Anyway. Never boots.com again

usually i buy in store but withn the sales i decided to order on line to get the offer products before they finish and i did and the cashback tracked fine so good experience
