Great concept, but poorly managed
I took items to my local Boots who do the scan2recycle scheme. I received the barcode on the app, and got it scanned at the till, along with items purchased at >£20. The points never came up on my account. The store was unable to help, and when I contacted Boots, I hot passed from customer services and scan2recycle twice over. Will not be using this service again

Incredible, the likes of B oots tracking a transaction and then declining it at payment stage. TCB get these idiots removed, it can be seen in other comments. The transaction was flawless but now they don't want to pay? I have contacted them directly as OBVIOUSLY I do not have a date or the details for transaction done months ago.
DUH.

Cashback yet to be paid but tracked, got a good deal of 6000 boots card points for my old sony ericsson phone which i didnt think i'd get much for so getting £60.00 value is good in my book. Hopefully cashback of £3.00 will pay out.
