Cashback declined. Reason given: "Order cancelled, returned, part returned or exchanged". This is nonsense as both items ordered (oven element and oven lamp) are both currently sitting in my oven, and working very nicely thank you. I repeat, NO part of this order was either cancelled, returned, part returned, or exchanged, so the merchant's response is pure bull*****. The cynic in me suspects that nobody at the merchants office actually looked into this, and just ticked the first box on their screen. In short: Unimpressed, Bosch. Very unimpressed. I wonder how AEG treat their customers...?
