Transaction didn’t track, so logged a ticket. Apparently, if you’ve ever been to this merchant’s page before, there’s a big risk that it won’t track and that they won’t pay out. It’s stupid because you often buy it through them because the TopCashBack offer makes it seem like a better deal than others… and no other reason than that.

Bit of a disgrace really. Decided to by an expensive Bose product as I saw a strong deal on top cash back. Naturally they have claimed I didn’t visit the website to make my order even though this is simply not the case. Won’t be ordering from the Bose website again. Might just return the product and order through Amazon instead

Beware. I have been waiting for over 7 months for cashback from this merchant and others far longer. Buy your Bose products from elsewhere as you are unlikely to receive any cashback from this merchant directly.
