I am very pleased with the Insurance policy which was made even better through the excellent TCB cashback. Payout was promptly received within the timescale indicated and without any problems and I would have no hesitation in recommending this Merchant.

Cashback remains unpaid after 18 weeks even though stated at 8 weeks at time of order and a Faster Paying merchant. Like other reviews here, cashback is not been paid at anything close to the suggested speeds.

Cashback was excruciatingly slow - after making the purchase in July, cashback became payable in November or December (not the 8 weeks stated). Topcashback customer services may have been able to speed this up, but I am at least satisfied that BG paid in full.
