Hi , took out BG duel fuel in November 2018 . BG tried to palm me off with £10 , Got TCB involved , £50 paid out in March , well done TCB thanks . ps remember to claim within 100 days .

Marked as defined but eventually after raised it with TCB it went to confirmed and quickly then to payable. Easy money for just simply changing tariff though so can't complain.
