Existing British Gas customers who hold an active boiler cover policy are not eligible, as repairs in such cases are provided under their existing cover and will not qualify for cashback. Customers who hold other British Gas products or services (e.g. energy supply or non-boiler-related cover) but do not have boiler cover in place may be eligible.
